Product description

ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) fittings use an O-ring in a groove on the flat face of the male fitting, sealing against the flat face of the female port. This face-seal design excels in high-pressure applications and provides superior resistance to vibration-induced loosening compared to tapered threads. Predominant in aerospace, high-pressure industrial hydraulics and precision machinery where leak-free operation is critical. UN/UNF straight threads.
