Precautions for rubber softness
1、 Precautions for using rubber hoses:
1. Be sure to use rubber hoses within the recommended temperature and pressure range.
2. The hose expands and contracts with its internal pressure, please cut the hose into a slightly longer length than you need.
3. When applying pressure, please slowly open and close any valves to avoid impact pressure.
4. Rubber hoses should be used under conditions above their bending radius, otherwise it may cause the hose to break and reduce its pressure resistance.
5. When using powder or granules, there may be wear and tear depending on the conditions. Please enlarge the bending radius of the hose as much as possible.
6. Do not use near metal parts under extreme bending conditions.
7. Do not directly touch or approach the rubber hose to open flames.
8. Please do not press the rubber hose with a vehicle.
Regarding fluids:
1. The rubber hose used should be suitable for the fluid being transported.
2. Before using the hose with oil, powder, toxic chemicals, and strong acids or bases, please consult the product provider first.
2、 Precautions during assembly:
1. Please choose a hose connector that is suitable for the size of the hose.
2. When inserting the tail part of the connector into the hose, apply oil to both the hose and the tail part, and do not use fire to bake. If it cannot be inserted, the hose can be heated with hot water and then inserted into the connector.
3. Please fully insert the serrated end of the connector into the rubber hose.
4. Do not use a disposable connector as it may cause the hose to rupture.
5. Please avoid excessive tying with iron wire and choose specialized sleeves or ties.
6. Please avoid using joints with scars or rust.
3、 Precautions during inspection:
1. Pre use inspection: Before using the hose, please confirm whether there are any abnormal external injuries, hardening, softening, discoloration, etc. on the appearance of the hose.
2. Regular inspection: During the use of the hose, please be sure to conduct a regular inspection once a month.
4、 Safety precautions:
1. Operators should wear safety protective clothing, including gloves, rubber boots, and eye protection, which are mainly used to protect their safety. 2. Ensure the safety and orderliness of the workspace.
3. Check if the joints on each pipe are secure.
4. When not in use, do not keep the pipe in a pressure resistant state. Closing the pressure can extend the service life of hoses (silicone hoses, PTFE hoses, rubber hoses, food grade hoses, sanitary hoses, thermoplastic rubber hoses, sanitary plastic hoses).
