Classification and application of laminated rubber hoses

(1) Clamp cloth steam hose:
1. Purpose: Suitable for transporting saturated steam or superheated water up to 150 ℃.
2. Features: The adhesive layer has good heat resistance, and the burst pressure of the rubber hose is not less than 10 times the working pressure.
Armored clip on steam hose:
1. Purpose: Suitable for transporting saturated steam or superheated water up to 150 ℃.
2. Features: The outer surface of the rubber hose is wrapped with galvanized metal spiral wire, which can effectively increase the strength of the pipe body and improve the pressure bearing capacity. Suitable for use in situations with complex working conditions and high requirements for safe operations.
(2) Clamp cloth oil suction hose
1、 Usage: Transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel, engine oil, lubricating oil, and other mineral oils at room temperature
2、 Features: The adhesive layer is made of rubber that is resistant to oil erosion and has good oil resistance. It has good oil resistance and its burst pressure is not less than four times the working pressure.
(3) Clamp cloth suction food hose
The purpose of the sandwich cloth suction food hose is to discharge and suck liquids such as beer, fruit sweat, and cooking oil at room temperature.
Features of sandwich fabric suction food hose:
1. It will not contaminate the taste and color of liquid beverages, and meets the hygiene requirements for food adhesives.
2. The rubber hose is made of red or white rubber material for easy identification during application. Note: The inner diameter and length of the hose can be produced according to user needs.
