Safety Challenges of Rubber Hose

1. Aging problem
During long-term use, rubber materials will be affected by factors such as oxygen, ultraviolet rays, and temperature, and will gradually age. Aging rubber hoses will become hard, brittle, and cracked, resulting in reduced sealing performance and strength, which can easily cause safety accidents such as fluid leakage or even rupture. Especially for rubber hoses that are exposed outdoors for a long time, the aging rate will be faster.
2. External force damage
During use, rubber hoses may be squeezed, pulled, and worn by external forces. For example, in environments such as construction sites and factory workshops, the movement and operation of equipment may accidentally touch the rubber hose, causing scratches and damage on the surface, or damage to the internal structure, thereby affecting its normal use and safety.
3. Rat bite hazards
For household gas rubber hoses, rat bites are a common safety hazard. The teeth of rats are sharp and can easily bite through the rubber hose, causing gas leakage, fire, explosion and other serious consequences.
4. Loose connection
If the connection between the rubber hose and the interface is incorrect or loose, it may become loose or fall off during use, causing fluid leakage. Especially in some equipment or systems with large vibrations, the problem of loose connection is more likely to occur, and additional fixing measures are needed to ensure the reliability of the connection.
